Some students’ posters have been selected for poster pitch presentation.
The poster pitch is an opportunity to attract delegates to your poster.
During selected oral sessions 5-8 abstracts will have the opportunity to pitch their poster to the attendees of the session.
Poster pitches are meant to be a VERY SHORT (1 minute MAX, ONLY 2 slides including the title slide) introduction to posters. The author should focus only on the main aim of the research and only mention the key findings. The purpose of the minute pitch is to stimulate the audience to view the poster and to discuss the research with the author during the breaks or poster session.
