Please, pay special attention to the time allocated for your talk. This will be
Plenary talks: 35 minutes + 10 minutes for questions.
Invited talks: 25 minutes + 5 minutes for questions.
Regular talks: 12 minutes + 3 minutes for questions.
You are kindly requested to adapt to these time slots not to delay other sessions or activities.
The conference rooms are equipped with a laptop, a projector, a microphone, and a pointing device. We strongly encourage the use of the conference room laptop; nevertheless, if you want to use your own, please, check the connection at least half an hour before the beginning of your session. Bring a copy of your presentation in a pen-drive as a backup.
On the day of your presentation, please go to the corresponding room at least 15 minutes prior to the beginning of the session and contact the Session Chair.
We would appreciate that you sent us your presentation in pptx or pdf format before Thursday 23rd May to firstname.lastname@example.org. Identify it with your name and the name of your session (e.g. MontserratRivas_M-01.pdf).
If you are unable to send the slides before this date, or if you want to change the version of your presentation, be in your conference room first thing in the morning.
